Scrummy Cupcakes - Easy Bake #2

Here is Easy Bake number 2; Cupcakes!



What you will need:
175g Caster sugar
175g Self-raising flour
175g Margarine
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 teaspoon Baking powder


Pre heat your oven 180 degrees before beginning.
Start by mixing your ingredients together (I recommend mixing your marge and sugar together, then your flour and baking powder, and then adding the eggs and vanilla)
Once mixed your mixture should be smooth like shown in the picture.







Spoon your mixture into cake cases, if you put your cases in a muffin tray it keeps the cakes standing firmer. Flatten the mixture and spread it out evenly in the cases.





Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until light golden brown on top. You can test if they are done by inserting a skewer and if no batter remains on the skewer once removed they are done!




 Finally, decorate as you please. I used blue buttercream, piped, and silver balls to match my cases!
