Lottie's carrot and peanut butter cupcakes (for dogs!)

What you shall need (for six cupcakes): 

1 cup of plain flour

1 egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 

1/4 cup of peanut butter (smooth)

1 cup of grated carrot 

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/3 of honey

First mix the egg, vanilla, peanut butter, and honey together (as shown) 

Continue by adding the carrot into the mixture, mix well, then fold in the flour and baking powder. 

 Yes, it will look that disgusting! Fill in your cupcake cases 3/4 full and then bake for 35-40 minutes.

 Until  they look like this-

 You can 'ice' them with more peanut butter if you wish!

 Or, with writing icing to personalise them more!

 As you can see the cakes went down well and Lottie loved them!
